Quality Inn Fort Walton Beach - Destin West, Fort Walton Beach

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room had a few issues like a smoke smell despite booking a non-smoking room and encountering small roaches and bugs, but it wasn't all that bad and was nice and clean when we arrived. The service was excellent, even though they ran out of something with an hour left before cutoff time. The location was good for attractions and easy to find, although it was advertised as having a continental breakfast and a pool but was on the harbor, not the beach. The dining options were limited, with only coffee and water available. Overall, the facility was decent.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything without being in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. The rooms were clean and updated, though not entirely spotless upon my arrival. The service was courteous and comfortable, although there were some issues that the manager seemed unaware of. The dining experience was subpar, with unorganized service and limited food options. The location was great, especially for business travelers, within a short distance to various shopping spots, restaurants, and the beach. The proximity to the bay and neighboring amenities like Red Lobster added to the convenience.
